HAND TECHNIQUE WORKSHOP

Hand Technique Lesson Series

Visit Groove3.com To Watch The Full Tutorial Series

Drum guru Luke Oswald starts at the beginning and teaches you the all-important basics to drumming such as Hand Grips and their variations, Single and Double-Stroke Techniques, exercises that will improve your drumming technique and build strength and speed.

Luke begins by explaining the difference between the German grip and the French Timpani grip, as well as showing you the modified “Relaxed German Grip.” That leads to a demonstration of the Fulcrum Point within your grip and a discussion of the Rebound Approach.

With those basics covered, Luke dives right into teaching you important Single and Double-Stroke techniques as well as specific exercises for each.

If you’re a beginning drummer who wants to start off with good habits, or you’ve been drumming for a while and want to revisit proper technique to build even more strength and speed in your drumming, don’t miss the first Drumstroke series “Hand Technique Workshop“!

The drum lessons in this package were performed on a Jobeky electronic kit using the core library from EZdrummer 2.
